Revolution: PopJunkieTV goes live, courtesy of Brian Gardner and I
I don’t do a lot of web design work any more, except on my own sites, but when I redesigned Family Relationships Magazine and Piano & Synth Magazine using the excellent Revolution Theme by Brian Gardner, I got a bit of business from Ashley Norris (who I used to work with at Shiny Media) to redesign PopJunkieTV for a re-launch.
Brian’s designs make doing this very easy. We moved a few things around in the header and did some customisation of the front page, and then the usual tweaks to get things as we wanted them. The result is pretty nice, but then when you work with a great foundation, it makes building on top pretty easy.
Anyway, PopJunkieTV is now live, so if you’re into video-based blogging about the music industry, head over and take a look.
Update: For those of you irritated with me for saying “Brian Gardner and I”, please note that I’m quite happy to take this advice. I wouldn’t say “courtesy of me”, and I see no problem in using “…and I” in this context. Another minor point: this is my site, so tough
