Don&#039;t know if you use these, but if you install these two plugins, you can set WP to e-mail you a backup of your database every day...so far it&#039;s worked very well for me.

Takes the work out of it, and you don&#039;t have to remember to do it, either. The backup plugin works fine by itself, but if you install the other one it allows backup to e-mail your DB.
