Virgin Media may have big troubles of their own, but, like many large companies, they sure know how to screw up when it comes to the individual cases too.
Internet trauma after death in the family
Yes, VM, I’m sure you were just trying to protect the mobile account, but sometimes unusual activity on an account is due to unusual circumstances – like arranging a funeral. A courteous call to the owner, rather than simply cutting off the line, refusing to help, and being rude to a customer at an especially difficult time, doesn’t instill confidence in customer service training.
Big companies, learn where your soul is. Find your heart, and use it.
